I accidentally placed an order and had to cancel it, so I was expecting the usual hassle. But Modesens got back to me quickly and took care of it without a bunch of back and forth. I got the refund update soon after too. Based on this one experience, it seems like they’re solid when it comes to customer service, especially when something goes wrong. Super easy and stress-free, and I’d definitely order again.

I saw a bag listed as in stock and decided to go for it, trusting my instinct a bit. Turns out it really was available, and I didn’t get that frustrating cancelled-order-after-checkout email. Happy with the experience.

I’ve used modesens a few times when I’m trying to compare prices, it’s handy. That said, I don’t fully rely on it without checking the actual store first. Some of the retailers are ones I recognize, but others make me pause a bit. So yeah, it’s a good idea and can definitely help, but I wouldn’t just click and buy blindly. I do wish they made the retailer details a little clearer.

I like using modesens because it saves me from jumping between a million different sites just to look for luxury brands. i get kind of tired of all the shopping apps and store pages after a while, so it’s nice having bags and shoes from brands I actually care about in one place. The price comparison is helpful too. It’s not perfect every single time, but overall it makes shopping feel a lot less exhausting.

"Currency switch is really handy, but not perfect"
I really like that ModeSens shows prices in my local currency because it makes browsing a lot easier. The only thing is, sometimes the final price changes once I click through to the store, which can be a little confusing. It’s not a huge deal, I just wish it was a bit more exact

The bag itself is definitely legit and the quality feels really good. I’m happy with it, honestly. My only complaint is the wait, it felt like it took forever, and the updates were kind of slow. Like, the bag is great, no issue there, but the waiting was just annoying. Still, once it arrived, I could tell it was real stuff and made well.

The response was useful enough once it came through, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. I just feel like their support could be a little more responsive, especially when you’re waiting on an order-related answer.

"Good for quick deals, but alerts could be faster"
I found a better deal quickly the first time I used it, so I can see this being useful whenever you're trying to save a bit without digging around forever. The only downside is that a couple of the alerts showed up later than I expected, which kind of defeats the purpose sometimes. Still helpful overall, just not perfect.

I use modesens often when I’m trying to compare prices or see where something’s in stock, it can be super handy. But then it’ll randomly annoy me because the product details aren’t always right. Like, a color will look one way on modesens and then totally different once I click through to the actual store, or the sizing info won’t quite match. So I’m like, great, this is useful, wait, why am I doing a research project now? Still, I do keep using it because it helps narrow things down. Just don’t trust every detail without checking the retailer’s page first.

Overall, I’ve found the retailer selection solid and it covers a lot of the places people commonly shop. That said, a few stores I personally use weren’t included, so it didn’t cover everything I needed. My advice would be to take a quick look through the available retailers before you rely on it, just to make sure your favorites are actually there

I mostly use ModeSens to save things to my wishlist, it’s super easy. I can add stuff quickly and check back later when the price changes without having to dig around everywhere. It makes tracking items way less annoying. i’m kind of mad other shopping sites make this such a hassle when ModeSens clearly figured it out.

"Good finds, not perfect every time"
I mostly use modesens when I’m trying to compare prices or find things that actually fit my style. Once I clicked around for a while and saved a few brands, the recommendations got better, like noticeably better.

That said, it still throws in stuff that’s way over my budget sometimes, or pieces that aren’t really my size, and yeah, that gets annoying. Annoying, but not enough to make me stop using it.

Overall, it feels more personal than just browsing random shopping sites. It’s not perfect, definitely not perfect, but it’s useful enough that I keep coming back

I use Modesens often, and the retailer links have always taken me straight to the right item without any weird redirects or detours. The only thing I’d like is a bit clearer instructions in some places, just so it’s easier to know exactly what to expect.
